Amentum is searching for a Red Cell Trainer/Validator
Red Cell Trainer/Validator
Subject matter expert for assessment targeting, collection management, and interactions with ground team members.
Validate and mentor analysts during the lead up to and operation of ground assessments.
Assist analysts in developing and communicating adversarial targeting, leading and facilitating the generation of adversarial courses of action, and integrating into assessment collection management.
Responsible for developing and maintaining an in-depth training & validation plan, to include specific benchmarks and requirements for analyst development.
Reviews and assesses analyst development during assessment cycle in accordance with both developed training plan and a “Crawl, Walk, Run” structure.
Capable of presenting DTRA and DoD Red Team mission and goals to external partners; must serve as ambassador of Red Team to other branches and organizations.
Interface directly with Red Cell Managers to manage team training and assessment status. Will provide inputs to Red Cell Manager review of all operational products.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Must have an Active TS/SCI US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance
A minimum of a High School diploma coupled with 5 years’ experience as an intelligence analyst
A minimum of 1 year experience serving as a Sr. Red Cell Analyst
Proficiency in understanding, analyzing and summarizing comprehensive and complex technical, and research information/data
Demonstrated expertise performing information/data collection, analysis, and fusion
Excellent analytical, communications-both oral and written, and project management experience
Experience in a role commensurate with the position description and responsibilities. At a minimum, personnel shall have management experience in one or more of the following areas:
