Cyber Training and Engagements SME Amentum is seeking a dynamic and innovative Cyber Training and Engagements Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support U.S Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) at Camp H.M. Smith, HI.You are an innovative and creative leader, capable of developing and presenting Cyber Security best practices to Service Components and mission partner Cyber SMEs with the intent of strengthening relationships and ensuring information shared is secured from personnel, technology, and policy perspectives.You will have the ability to make a significant contribution to cyber training, Theater Security Cooperation and U.S. relationships with partner nations, specifically as it relates to Cyber and Cybersecurity. As a traveler, you’ll have the opportunity to journey throughout the AOR to work with our mission partners.You’ll also be depended upon to provide insights and analysis during USINDOPACOM cyber security training events in order to enhance and improve U.S. cyber integration across each Service Component as well as our partner nations.Here at Amentum, we believe in fostering a sense of belonging. Minimum Requirements:Must have a HS diploma and at least 10 years of related work experience (or equivalent)In-depth knowledge of network security architecturesKnowledge of network and system monitoring/auditing tools, asset scanning, monitoring, patching defendingAbility to analyze cyber vulnerability information and recommend mitigations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and SharePoint collaborative toolsUnderstand the deployment and implementation of network/system sensorsExperience assisting in the development of TTPs to respond to threat assessmentsExperience training cyber security personnelFamiliar with U.S. Cyber policies and foreign disclosure processesDue to the nature of work, must be a U.S. citizenMust have an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityPreferred Qualifications:DoD 8570.1-M certified at IAT Level IICertified Ethical HackerCISSPTS/SCI clearance Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
