Project Lead
As a Project Lead, you will manage operations of one or more projects under the general guidance of the Program Manager. You will also plan and manage the work efforts of task team personnel, determine and monitor project schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with all contract and task order requirements and quality standards pertaining to the task/subtask. Interfaces with customer personnel in work performance will be essential.
We are pipelining candidates for expected future needs.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for with the customer task lead and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
2. Responsible for operational and financial management of the project.
3. Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction by quality performance of contractor support.
4. Serves as the POC for the technical performance, cost, schedule, staffing, and reporting for the project(s).
5. Communicates new requirements, concerns, and issues to PMO for resolution.
6. Provides for the welfare of the personnel and the enhancement of the contract, to include optimizing the balance between resources of manpower, equipment, time, materials and money.
7. Responsible for keeping the Company, Corporate Management, and interested US Government personnel apprised on current status of operations and maintenance and any other special interest items.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Min Requirements
• May require a Master’s Degree or Ph.D
• 12 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Experience in planning, managing supervising Contractor Support operations.
• Written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, as well as producing quality reports.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Familiar with DoD concepts, practices, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Prefer PMP Certification.
