Sr. Organizational Measurement Analyst
Amentum is looking for a dynamic, flexible and adaptive organizational performance and policy development analyst to support a national security mission focused client within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for developing approaches to measure and metrics for business processes to assess organizational performance for units of varying personnel sizes. The work focuses on assessing performance in knowledge-driven processes, including, but not limited to, for an IT/CIO organization.
Candidates must be well-organized, detail-oriented, be team-focused, and have demonstrably strong interpersonal, research, and critical thinking skills. Experience with both quantitative and qualitative organizational measurement approaches is useful. The ability to remain focused while operating under a hybrid telework/office schedule is key. Strong writing skills are critical.
Strong candidates should also possess a combination of the following:
5+ years’ experience engaging organizational stakeholders in mixed method qualitative and quantitative approaches to assess initiative, team-, branch, division-level and overall organizational performance.
Experience designing approaches to visually display performance information.
Experience engaging with process stakeholders and developing performance measures for IT organizations preferred.
Experience supporting policy development.
Required/Preferred:
5+ years specialized experience application to organizational performance measurement and or organizational policy development experience.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree preferred but not required.
Experience measuring organizational performance in an Intelligence Community entity is preferred but not required as long as the candidate has required experience levels developing approaches to measure performance of knowledge-focused processes (vs. manufacturing processes)
Experience developing performance measures for Federal CIO/IT organizations or Intelligence Community CIO/IT organizations strongly desired.
TS/SCI required, active or prior DHS Suitability desired but not required.
