Windows Systems Analyst
Amentum is currently seeking a Windows Systems Analyst to support an IT Managed Services program in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The overall program includes a 500+ work force performing Enterprise IT support, Service Desk, and Telecommunications support across multiple facilities and locations, for classified and unclassified telecommunications and information technology (IT) systems.
You will be a part of a team providing accurate, timely and auditable data while partnering with our business partners to integrate IT into their business strategy.
As a member of the team, you will:
Support desktop systems as well as OT/IOT equipment in both networked and standalone environments, responding, documenting, and closing tickets as submitted.
Partner with other IT teams such as corporate cyber security, firewall and proxy teams.
Possess knowledge and experience of Windows desktop support, including build, install, configure, patch, remediate and troubleshoot Windows machines, peripherals and other computing devices connected.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience OR an Associates Degree and 5 years of experience OR High School Diploma / GED and 8 years of experience.
Must possess a TOP SECRET (TS) or DOE Q clearance and maintain it for the life of the contract.
Knowledge and experience with both physical and virtual Windows desktops.
Application support experience.
