Job Description
BAE is looking for an energetic and experienced Scrum Master to join our team.
Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities include:
Leading scrum ceremonies; documenting, tracking, and resolving team’s impediments
Assisting product owner in prioritizing user stories
Preparing and delivering status reports (verbal and written) regarding team’s tasks and Sprint progress to program manager
Assisting tech writer and technical experts with configuration management of team’s documentation
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Must have an Active Intel Security clearance with Favorable Polygraph. Candidate will not be considered without it.
3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master
Scum Master certification (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Requires little to no supervision; ability to identify issues and work to be completed and proactively tackles what needs to get done
Ability to work well under pressure
Experience in capturing system requirements and/or user stories
Experience in engaging with clients to capture and prioritize business needs
Experience with preparing and delivering status reports (verbal and written) regarding team’s tasks and Sprint progress to contractor and government managers
Experience analyzing business processes and standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation to identify areas of improvement and efficiency
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
Previous experience implementing Agile methodologies
Experience with Jira and Confluence
