We are looking for experienced Systems Engineers to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer in a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience. This program delivers Enterprise Computing engineering services with modern technology solutions with that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. As a mission-focused Systems Engineer that solve problems on the program, you will be expected to: Recognize the issue(s), Identify the facts, Define additional data that would be helpful, Make assumptions as necessary, Determine alternative approaches, Evaluate alternatives, Make recommendations, Alter assumptions and rework solutions, and Reflect on lessons learned. ABC Required Education, Experience, & Skills We are looking for Systems Engineer with a minimum of 11 years’ relevant experience and a Bachelors’ Degree and/or a Master’s Degree in a related field. Typical responsibilities may include: Support new and existing IT infrastructure and applications Analyze customer requirements Identify, document and communicate risks and mitigations across the designed systems Identify program inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement and communicate those results to the sponsor PM Manage setting user permissions (including roles) Prepare required documentation, including both program level and user level documentation Maintain records by documenting development activities and revisions Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency Manage the operating system lifecycle (to include operating system upgrades, updates, patches, and configuration changes Required Skills Demonstrated experience in developing with, deploying to and in depth knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Demonstrated experience in developing cloud SaaS capabilities, such as M365 or Google workspaces Demonstrated experience collecting and defining technical requirements to enable process integrations Demonstrated experience of basic networking Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining system documentation Demonstrated experience documenting development activities Demonstrated experience developing documentation to meet security requirements and guidance Demonstrated experience working with Internet, web, application and network security techniques .
