Job Description
Production Planning and control for the entire value stream
Daily Direction to the touch labor and Team Leads to achieve efficiency and quality output
Ensure maintain and exceed shipment schedules
Ensure proper Material planning and Materials management for the value stream, in collaboration and joint leadership with Supply Chain Team to ensure no production down and escalation as necessary.
Drive enhancements to both people and process to meet value stream needs and factory performance metrics.
Communicate and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, shipment, problem resolution.
Promote a strong sense of teamwork among personnel throughout and across the value stream. Provides leadership consistent with the Mission and Guiding Principles of BAE Systems.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
4 years college degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent of 15+ years of experienced in manufacturing environment.
1. Demonstrated team leadership skills and experience.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to motivate and engage employees in teamwork.
3. High level of energy and motivation to take ownership and run the value stream, working and collaborating with functional peers to provide more value to our customers.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
experienced in the Microwave manufacturing .
