Security Training Specialist
Key Role:
Perform a wide range of functions to ensure the successful design and delivery of security training and instructional solutions for a DoD organization. Work with the training developers and other functional specialists throughout the training product development and delivery stages, to include updating course materials, conducting briefings and trainings, coordinating reviews, course scheduling, and implementing changes to training programs. Analyze, research, and deliver recommendations to the scope and content of future security training. advanced consulting skills and extensive security expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.?
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with various security disciplines such as program security, security processing, adjudications, and information assurance
Experience using analysis, research, and expertise to provide recommendations to the scope and content of security training
Experience providing training or instruction to government or industry participants
Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) security programs
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
8+ years of experience working in the IC
Knowledge of the instructional systems design process
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating information to a senior executive audience
Master’s degree
IC Instructor Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
