Master Scheduler
Key Role:
Lead the development of client facilities and infrastructure requirements throughout the life cycle via creative approaches which achieve desired functional end-states. Develop innovative solutions based on advanced principles within the facilities industry. Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency and exploitation based on schedule risk and opportunity assessment, project health and critical path analysis, as needed. Seek information on a periodic basis to maintain the IMS and Supporting Schedules and provide timely updates to management on a recurring and ad hoc basis.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project management and designing, analyzing, and implementing integrated project and master schedules
Experience with creating or modifying project and client schedules
Experience with monitoring actual progress, comparing to baseline, and reporting project against schedule
Ability to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule along with any supporting schedules
Ability to create and present executive-level reports, presentations, and deliverables that reflect risks, opportunities, and status
Ability to produce comprehensive schedules to suit different users or audiences
Ability to interface schedule with project budget and analyze the validity of schedules submitted by outside parties contributing to the project
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with analyzing and reporting trends
Ability to forecast impacts on schedule of proposed changes
Ability to archive actual schedule achievements for estimating future similar projects
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
