Systems Integration Engineer, Senior

That’s why we need you, a system engineering specialist with the expertise required to analyze the policies that determine our cyber resilience.
As a cyber strategic planning and policy development consultant on our team, you’ll lead the assessment of intelligence community cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risks. You’ll evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you’ll advance the development of a strategic cyber roadmap. You’ll work in a consultative role to ensure the client operates securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment. Experience with developing well-crafted research plans with clear research objectives
Experience with writing usability research screeners and discussion guides
Experience with developing and implementing quantitative surveys
Experience with extracting insights about user behaviors from web instrumentation tools
Ability to recruit targeted end-users for specific research studies
Ability to conduct stakeholder and partner interviews
Ability to translate user insights into actionable recommendations for client product teams
Ability to craft personas and guideposts to communicate insights across the client’s design and development teams
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Nice If You Have:
Knowledge of the design thinking process, as well as a passion and know-how for influencing design strategy
Human-Centered Design, UX/UI, Systems Design, Human Computer Interaction, or similar field Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
