Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant, Senior
Key Role:Â
Support enterprise-wide strategic workforce planning for a large DoD organization managing a specialized, highly educated workforce across multiple programs and locations and a large number of detailees from other organizations. Create workforce planning reports using existing tools and methodology. Identify critical position and skill requirements, analyze gaps, recommend staffing strategies, and conduct “what-if” scenarios. workforce planning to determine the optimum workforce balance. Create an enterprise workforce plan focused on mission critical occupations and future capability requirements and develop a workforce stability index to identify key factors of the health of the workforce.
Basic Qualifications:
5+Â years of experience in strategic human capital management or strategic workforce planning and analysisÂ
Experience with creating communications, including briefings and training materials
Ability to analyze large data sets and draw conclusions from that data
Ability to create pivot tables and formulas using Microsoft ExcelÂ
Ability to discern, define, or refine analytic requirements from a more ambiguous workforce structure
Ability to write and deliver clear and concise analytic reports on organization workforce and occupationsÂ
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:Â
Knowledge of the Intelligence Community or Department of DefenseÂ
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or Business
Human Capital Workforce Planning certificationÂ
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâ??s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allenâ??s total compensation package for employees.
