Systems Integration Engineer, Senior

That’s why we need you, a system engineering specialist with the expertise required to analyze the policies that determine our cyber resilience.
As a cyber strategic planning and policy development consultant on our team, you’ll lead the assessment of intelligence community cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risks. You’ll evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you’ll advance the development of a strategic cyber roadmap. You’ll work in a consultative role to ensure the client operates securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment. You Have:
Experience implementing solutions with digital projects
Experience analyzing source code data processing capabilities such as Python and C#, to understand their structure, highlight deficiencies in extracting production data, and create reference models such as Visio, to document structures of processing logic
Knowledge of requirement gathering
Ability to conduct advanced in-depth data analysis using publicly available information in social media platforms, open sources, and commercial databases to support national security objectives
Ability to highlight potential data processing issues in the production workflow, document impacts in Jira, and effectively communicate with development teams to inform priorities for corrective actions
Ability to recommend improvements for the data models based on these producing tools’ ETL logic and outputs for analytics
Ability to analyze the impact of the data models on differing storage implementations with respect to data discovery in varying tool sets, and analyze the source code of those tool sets such as Python and C#
Ability to coordinate across teams and with the leads outside of the group on issue prioritization and development of corrections
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
