Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant, Senior
The Opportunity:

It’s why we’re looking for someone like you—an organizational transformation and change consultant who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.
Work with other industrial/organizational (I/O) psychologists, strategic consultants, data scientists, and human capital professionals to use data-driven solutions to address the human factors affecting an organization’s ability to reach its strategic objectives. Our I/O psychologists use social science research methods to explore and address issues around organizational and program effectiveness. Provide survey expertise across all stages of the survey lifecycle: design, administration, data analysis, reporting, and action planning. understanding of human capital processes and programs in designing, developing, and implementing human capital programs supporting an organization’s strategic direction. Manage data sets and perform statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression. Focus on program evaluation, measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of human capital programs that support recruitment, retention, career development, workforce strategy, performance management, awards, promotion, or other programs.
You Have:
5+ years of experience with industrial or organizational psychology, strategic human capital, or adult learning
Knowledge of competency modeling, job task analysis, training needs assessments, and human capital study methods
Experience leading and facilitating groups, presenting briefings, and working with senior leadership teams
Experience conducting employee climate and customer surveys, including design, development, data analysis, reporting, and action planning
Experience with SPSS
Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Possession of strong analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze problems, conduct research, synthesize disparate data sources, and evaluate options for action
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Organizational Design and Development, or Human Resources Management
Nice If You Have:
3+ years of experience with survey development, data analysis, and human capital projects
Experience in consulting with DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) clients
Knowledge of change management methodologies
Possession of strong oral and written communications skills, especially influencing decision makers
Possession of strong attention to detail skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
