RF Signals Analyst and Operator

As an RF Signals Analyst and Operator on our team, you’ll use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop strategies to give your client the actionable intelligence and the context they need to understand and optimize their information landscape.
If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters and protect our national security. Using your understanding of collection requirements, platform capabilities, signal processing dataflows and analytic methodologies, you’ll help collect and analyze complex data, explore new sources of data, and combine data from disparate sources to validate information and extract new meaning. As an authority on your mission area, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills, and share your insights with other technical specialists. You can interact with collection managers, collection operators and analysts on new analytic methods, technologies, and collection strategies, and collaborate with national and tactical collection and operations elements to advance target development efforts, recommend collection strategies, and support strategic and operational requirements.

You Have: ?
6+ years of experience in the U.S. IC
3+ years of experience with RF Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) collection or technical analysis
Ability to work a 24/7 pattern rotating shift
Ability to perform, collaborate, and build solid relationships in a large, operational working environment
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with SIGINT collection management, SIGINT mission management, or technical work in ground station operation areas
Experience using specialized IC SIGINT tasking, collection, exploitation, analysis, and mapping tools
Knowledge of SIGINT requirements and intelligence oversight policies
Ability to evaluate system inaccuracies and identify improvements
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Graduate of 2810, 3810, 4810, 450, 451, or other signals analysis course
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
