ICAM Specialist
The Opportunity:

As an ICAM specialist, you have the skills and experience to keep hackers from taking data and breaking processes. We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their missions without disruption. As an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Specialist at Booz Allen, you’ll play a critical role in the world of identity and access management and zero trust. In this role, you’ll support large-scale ICAM projects for our government clients. You’ll interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to delve into the details and dependencies of critical processes and users’ roles within them.
You’ll analyze the identity lifecycle, articulating access requirements and defining enterprise identity records. You’ll use your experience in ICAM to design, deploy, and support systems that verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials for accessing our clients’ most valuable assets. From single sign-on to privileged access systems, you’ll have the chance to implement enterprise-class solutions and stop adversaries in their tracks. today to help us as we secure and protect the DoD and warfighter through a fortified ICAM infrastructure.

You Have:
Experience in identity system administration, security, and development
Experience with supporting ICAM, security operations, security architecture, and threat response
Experience with supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including Azure or AWS
Experience with implementing PKI and PIV standards and methodologies
Knowledge of implementing COTS IAM tools, including SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager, Saviynt, or One Identity
Knowledge of Cybersecurity fundamentals in the IDM domain
Secret Clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience in Project Management, including schedule management, complex problem resolution, or performance management
Experience with delivering and supporting enterprise IAM projects and solutions
Experience with ing expertise through client consultation, client collaboration, and articulating technical requirements into business narratives for clients
Experience with Agile software delivery projects using Scrum or Kanban
Knowledge of YAML, JSON, XML, Java, JavaScript, or REST development
Knowledge of DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides
Master’s degree in CS
CISSP, Security+, IAM certification, or PAM vendor specific certification, including CyberArk or SailPoint
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
