You know that embedded/application developers, reverse engineers, and vulnerability analysts all play key roles in the capability development lifecycle. As a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Capability Development Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to use skills in C/C++ and assembly language, scripting language, debugging, computer architectures, networking protocols to support our government intelligence clients. We’re looking for someone like you to have a direct impact on the nation’s security.
On our team, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of [software projects, our technical capabilities, product design]. Working on an agile team of experts, you’ll perform reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis of diverse software problems. You’ll inform operational parameters for complex systems, as well as leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to influence the delivery of your work. You’ll determine what the art of the possible is – what can be done – and then you’ll bring it to life for your clients.

2+ years of experience with Python development
2+ years of experience with Software System Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, and Testing
2+ years of experience in Software Development
Knowledge of computer networking
Knowledge of basic shell scripting in Windows or Linux environments
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Nice if you have:
Experience with Pytest
Experience with DevOps
Experience working with Agile constructs
Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Code Collaborator, JIRA, Confluence or DokuWiki
Experience with Configuration management with Git, Subversion, or Bitbucket

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
