Security Enhanced Linux Systems Administrator

Weâ??re looking for a Linux Systems Administrator with a solid background providing Security Enhanced Linux RHEL Subject Matter Expertise to help us provide application and database management services in support of software build and deployment and identity and access management.
As a Linux Systems Administrator on our project, youâ??ll sustain and maintain a production database environment, a replica test database environment, and an unclassified but similar database environment. Youâ??ll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. Youâ??ll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like cross domain solutions. You Have:
3+ years of experience with providing security enhanced Linux RHEL subject matter expertise and administration to the system operation and administration services, including configuration management, knowledge management, initial operational capability operations and administration, and final operational capability operations and administration
Experience with providing application and database management services in support of software build and deployment and identity and access management
Experience with sustaining and maintaining a production database environment, a replica test database environment, and an unclassified database environment
Experience with developing data migration plans and scripts
Knowledge of creating implementation plan outlining the scope, approach, and execution for all application deployments
Knowledge of performing data migration from existing systems to new systems
Ability to coordinate and assist with deployment and support activities
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualâ??s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allenâ??s total compensation package for employees.
