Site Reliability Engineer
The Opportunity:

As a site reliability engineer on our team, you’ll work with the DoD on the development of more robust systems by building a resilient infrastructure. You’ll build in redundancy, implement monitoring tools, and automate wherever possible. You’ll reduce toil by scripting routine tasks and automating self-repair. This is your chance to leverage your expertise in support of DoD lab operations while assisting junior engineers and broadening your knowledge base.

You Have:
3+ years of experience with provisioning Virtual Machines to meet team environment needs in the CDSSF lab
Experience with assigning DevOps and DevSecOps team members tasks in support of CDSSF lab operations
Experience with acquiring quotes and submitting requisitions to procure new hardware and software through resell partners in support of Raise-the-Bar requirements in the CDSSF lab
Experience with maintaining Domain Controller Active Directory, DNS, and exchange servers for multiple CDSSF training environments
Ability to perform ESXi hosts updates, cumulative security patches to Windows Servers, and install RPMS on LINUX servers
Ability to address vulnerabilities identified in the Service Now Vulnerability Reports
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with participate in the installation of major and minor releases and patching of production systems
Experience with maintaining privileged accesses across production, dedicated infrastructure, and special projects
Knowledge of installation and configuration of Dedicated Infrastructure HSGs and OWLs
Ability to maintain High Speed Guards and OWLs to ensure successful data transfers
Ability to support an Enterprise Patching service to allow groups to transfer patches and fixes up domain

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
