CACI is seeking Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) of all skill levels for a variety of roles to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions through our Next Generation Analysts portfolio. What You’ll Get to Do

As a TDNA, you will conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, to profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain more target information. You will maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis, develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets, and identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps. You will employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets’ communications, network usage and digital footprints, applying your knowledge and understand of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies.

You’ll be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise. You’ll apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights. You will distill, document, contextualize and share your findings–including any new tradecraft that you develop–with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

Clearance: Active TS SCI clearance with polygraph is required to start.
Education: Degree in a liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
Experience: Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, and metadata analysis).). In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements; recent Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scores are required to substantiate your proficiency level. The total of all experience equivalencies is capped at half of the required years of experience.
Entry Level: High school diploma/GED + 6 years, or Associate degree + 4 years, or Bachelors + 2 years, or Masters/PhD + years
Full Performance: High school diploma/GED + 9 years, or Associate degree + 7 years, or Bachelors + 5 years, or Masters + 3 years, or PhD + 2 years
Senior: High school diploma/GED + 12 years, or Associate degree + 1 years, or Bachelors + 8 years, or Masters + 6 years, or PhD + 4 years
Expert: High school diploma/GED + 15 years, or Associate degree + 13 years, or Bachelors + 11 years, or Masters + 9 years, or PhD + 7 years
