CACI is looking for a Scrum Master to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment. On this program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DoD customer to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.
CACI is looking for a Scrum Master to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.
What you’ll get to do:
· As a Scrum Master you’ll be part of a team responsible for delivering working software products through an incremental approach.
· Support the team in achieving daily, iteration, and release goals and delivery objectives
· Implement, enforce, and continually improve Agile/Scrum principles/ practices
· Assess team’s Agile maturity and coach teams to higher levels of maturity
· Provide mentoring and training for the team on Agile processes, methods, and practices
· Serve as the leadership proxy
· Proactively seek opportunities to use process improvement and re-engineering methodologies to facilitate improvements to team processes
· To be a coach and have a positive attitude. This is not a project manager position, although our SMs are leads that enable the product teams to succeed
· Coaching, leading, facilitating meetings, holding the team accountable, being accountable for the process and the product.
· Providing servant leadership style support to team – personify the ASF approach
· Facilitate positive team dynamics to help maximize team performance
· Identify and remove impediments to help protect the team from outside influences, which could otherwise interfere with the team’s ability to deliver
· Experience in managing professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments
· Lead, direct and review the work of a team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.
· Manages a team with a focus on policy, implementation of strategic initiatives and execution of day-to-day deliverables.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Qualifications
· Experience participating in a high performing, highly engaged and motivated CM team
· Solid experience in incremental software development projects using an Agile Scrum approach
· Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle
· Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter

· An active DoD secret clearance
· 6-10 Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience; Master’s Degree in related field may be substituted for bachelor’s degree and 3 years relevant experience).

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $68,400-$143,700. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
