What You’ll get to Do:

Be part of a new, fast-paced U.S. Space Force (USSF) program. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to develop requirements and deliver new capabilities while learning the mission and growing into a key engineering role. You will get to be part of a team of fun and energized engineers and culture of sharing information amongst teammates working within a product family to field a Mission Management and Command and Control application for a new USSF capability.

This opportunity offers very rewarding and unique benefits, which equates to 50% of compensation on TOP of your base salary! The first part is a tax-qualified profit-sharing retirement plan, to which CACI annually contributes up to 25% of your base salary (not in excess of applicable IRS limits) to your retirement account. The second component consists of an Individual Benefit Account (IBA), which is used for premiums, medical reimbursements, dependent care, education and Paid Time Off (PTO) policy. Both components of the benefit package are paid for by CACI, in addition to your base salary and potential performance bonuses. Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with highly motivated technical teammates that will support and push you and will expect reciprocal action on your part. 
Responsible for the technical accuracy on software projects for specific customer programs, tracking delivery schedules, CDRL delivery, and performing factory acceptance testing of new hardware and software.
Pushing the software baseline forward by continuing process improvement and using agile software development process.
Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools in support of DoD customer.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of related experience is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Must have experience with all stages of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC): Concept of Operations (CONOPS), requirements development, design, verification and validation testing, quality assurance, system integration, and operations support; including the development of requirements directly with stakeholders, as well as the development and execution of test plans/procedures.
Experience with managing and documenting system configurations.
Experience supporting software development projects.
Must know the basic commands and navigation of the Linux operating system.
Ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph Security Clearance

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

Experience developing UML/SysML models with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as a Cameo Systems Modeler
Experience with agile development programs and supporting applications (e.g., JIRA, Mingle).
Experience with NIST RMF-800-53.
Experience with test automation

Desired Certifications:

Security+ or CISSP Certification
