Make a difference; join our team. We have an upcoming opportunity to support a global FOUNDRY training effort supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). This effort provides operationally focused “gap” training for U.S. Army intelligence Soldiers and units who are deploying and preparing to deploy. This effort also includes the development and maintenance of critical operational intelligence training systems critical to satisfying the necessary training requirements.
More About the Role:
Develops, maintains, and / or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.). Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products. Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.
Conduct coordination with the AOC/ IOC-M Course Manager and the All Source Working Group members for all aspects of IOC-M course changes and updates; responsible for the synchronization and nesting of course material associated with the training trajectory courses for AOC-M.
Manages the hands on, day-to-day accountability of AOC/ IOC-M courses instruction and delivery.
Create course content based on AOC-M Course Manager and Working Group inputs.
Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, practical exercises, testable material (test bank), full Training Support Packages (TSPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Synchronize input from the AOC-M Course Manager and 353T/35T Working Group members.
Work directly with the AOC-M Course Manager and the 353T/35T Working Group members to assess current and future course material.
Assists in the development, execution, updates, and continual evolution of the IOC-M training trajectory courses through working groups, emerging technologies and AAR reviews.
Accountable for instructing, providing instruction assistance, and appropriate scenario development for all courses under the IOC-M.
Coordinate and facilitate training and instruction in large and small group settings with units across the enterprise.
Support exercises and training in a variety of instructional environments to include classrooms, MTT locations (requires travel to external customer/military sites), video-teleconferences, virtual training sessions, team teaching environments, and collective active learning environments.
Must attend and graduate DISFC, GEP, and DISMGC within 12 months.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance
Required Experience: Minimum 8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience and experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Minimum 8 years of experience as a 353T, 35T; 3+ years tactical and 3+ years operational experience as an intelligence professional spanning MICO, BCT, DIV-Corps level echelons.
Required: Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.).
Demonstrated proficiency in Army maintenance activities and applications to include GCSS-Army, AESIP, and FMSWeb; architecture strategies and interoperability principles from tactical to strategic level operations; and systems integration and maintenance tasks for MI systems, to include IS&A FoS, Prophet, and Trojan.
Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
