What You’ll Get to Do:
In collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partners, this is a role for a productive HRBP which provides superior pro-active support and expertise to a wide range of line and program managers. This role will provide guidance and support in the areas of company policy and procedure, performance management, culture, and engagement. In addition, will support the Director & Sr. HR Business Partners with internal projects and initiatives that would involve a passion translating data into themes and solutions to support growth and performance objectives. This is a growth position that is expected to lead into a dedicated HRBP role of significant responsibility over time.
More About the Role:
Work alongside of Director & Senior HRBPs on projects of significance, using data to understand trends and build solutions by assisting with:
Redeployment imperative, partner with program leaders on transition plan, deliver training, tracking movements, identifying areas across CACI to build networking for optimal redeployment outcomes.
Focus Groups, New Leader Assimilation, Mentoring Programs and Engagement Survey Action plans, aligned with identifying areas of trends for solutioning in building mature assimilation programs,
Conducting Employee Exit Interviews and within key projects to better understand attrition trends and build solutions,
Compiling HR Data & Metrics as it relates to attrition and headcount totals, analyze trends, and build solutions,
Assist and take general direction from Sr. HRBP’s to aid in day-to-day support of Operational Groups,
Partner with line managers in areas that support business growth and performance,
Support Line Managers in the areas of performance management, employee relations, culture, and engagement,
Act as the liaison with HR Shared Services & Program Leaders to handle escalations as they relate to employee payroll, benefits, and leave issues,
Support implementation of enterprise initiatives,
Serve as initial intake for complex and sensitive in nature employee matters.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or equivalent coupled with a minimum of 3 years of Human Resources related work experience.
Demonstrated business acumen, ability to use, collect and analyze data and metrics to drive solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work with general supervision.
Pro-active, solution-oriented approach and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills must have experience in preparing and presenting reports, project planning and management skills.
A passion for enhancing the employee experience, ability to earn the confidence and trust of others by delivering on commitments and demonstrating high standards of ethical conduct.
Ability to use diplomacy and tact in confrontational situations.
Excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience with complicated Workplace Relations cases, understanding of risk mitigation and counsel, proven track record of assessing and working independently.
Strong intellectual curiosity – a desire to look for creative solutions, stretch your own skillset to find better approaches to solve business imperatives.
