CACI seeks a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand its Operations Support and Services (OSS) Sector business within Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). This BDM brings a strategic perspective and has a demonstrated track record successfully growing and expanding new and existing business within INSCOM and the broader Army Intelligence services and solutions market. The ideal candidate will have customer organizational and mission insight to leverage CACI’s global mission support capabilities to best meet customer needs and challenges. The successful candidate will have a strong personal brand and network with deep understanding of both the customer and industry peers in the customer’s space. They will be an effective communicator with the ability to interact at all levels of customer leadership, industry competitors, and internal company executives and peers. This person will have successfully developed a multi-year pipeline of qualified opportunities and led large captures and growth initiatives within DoD and/or the IC. The role reports to the Sector Business Development SVP and supports several capability-based Sector Operating Group SVPs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful Senior BDM – INSCOM candidate will:
Lead business development activities within the INSCOM and broader Army Intelligence market for CACI’s OSS Sector.
Work closely with Sector Operating Groups and other Functionals (e.g. capture management, proposal development, pricing, recruiting, etc.) to identify, develop, and qualify opportunities to achieve Sector multi-year financial growth goals.
Work collaboratively across CACI and its other Sectors to achieve strategic objectives and increase CACI’s brand within the customer market.
Play a key role in developing winning teaming strategies, competitive analysis, price analysis, white papers, and highly rated proposals.
Effectively communicate opportunities and associated considerations to executive leadership via Milestone Reviews and other means to support timely executive decision making.
Develop on contract growth opportunities for existing contracts with high ceiling values.
Operate with the highest ethical standards in full compliance with applicable Federal Procurement and Business Ethics Codes and Regulations.
1+ years Federal contracting business development experience with a minimum five years business development experience with companies that have at least $1B+ annual revenue.
3+ years business development experience in the Government services market desired.
Proven ability to develop and execute a sustainable multi-year pipeline of opportunities year over year.
Demonstrated ability to proactively execute the business development function collaboratively with operational and functional leadership.
Proven ability to develop and work multiple large (>$75M) opportunities simultaneously.
Proven track record of developing, shaping and winning opportunities greater than $75M.
Working knowledge and experience operating within a Shipley business development and capture framework.
Experience developing all source intelligence analysis, data analytics, counterintelligence, and OSINT opportunities desired.
Experience developing C4ISR logistics, sustainment, and maintenance opportunities desired.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree desired.
