What You’ll Get to Do:
Make a difference; join our team. We have an upcoming opportunity to support a global training effort supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). This effort provides operationally focused “gap” training for U.S. Army intelligence Soldiers and units who are deploying and preparing to deploy. This effort also includes the development and maintenance of critical operational intelligence training systems critical to satisfying the necessary training requirements.
More About the Role:
Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements
Accountable for all aspects of the DISMG Training Program.
Must be a DISMG Graduate.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI
Minimum 12 years of Army Military Intelligence experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Graduate of Army instructor Course or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.).
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
Demonstrate mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
Demonstrate in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
Demonstrate ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
Demonstrate ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
Demonstrated proficiency in all Digital Intelligence Systems (DIS) applications, to include DCGS-A Family of Systems, ArcGIS and other ESRI programs, FADE/MIST, ICI, and other intelligence programs of record. Experience in managing large projects in geographically separated employees. Has communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates; proficient with all Microsoft Office tools Demonstrated proficiency in all DCGS-A / DIS applications.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
