CACI has a reusable solution known as the Agile Solution Factory (ASF) which is an agile-at-scale methodology and is looking for individuals to help grow the ASF solution.
While having many responsibilities, this role has two primary ones:
Supporting proposal shaping and RFP responses as they relate to the ASF
Coaching CACI programs as they execute using an ASF model
What You’ll Get to Do:
Supports Proposal Development for opportunities related to the ASF that CACI is pursuing.
Works in coordination with CACI Business Development & Capture Management and other Solution Architect stakeholders to shape future opportunities to work best with ASF program execution models
Brief CACI Business Development & Capture Management stakeholders with regards to the goals and capabilities of the ASF execution models and how it brings specific benefits to an organization which adopts them
Coaching CACI programs about ASF execution models.
Develop and present ASF execution model-related training materials to CACI Staff, Government Stakeholders, and other interested parties
Teach interested parties how to accurately and efficiently accomplish root cause analysis to realize the performance improvements of doing so.
Teach interested parties how the ASF execution models will provide added value and remove common industry impediments common to scaled enterprise programs
Teach interested parties how ASF metrics are used to measure and improve performance
Recognize incorrect agile-at-scale practices and work to correct the errors in teams/programs/contracts by teaching all stakeholders about proper ASF execution model execution
Reinforce our unique ASF values and culture throughout CACI
The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team is also crucial. The Agile Solution Factory emphasizes innovation and looks for individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems.
Lead the design and integration of DevSecOps tools and technologies for deployment, monitoring, and operations of mission systems and software products.
Work across the organization with all application teams to help them adopt continuous build, inspection, testing, and deployment approaches.
Participate in all aspects of DevSecOps Engineering and promote industry standard methodologies in DevOps Engineering.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen, with or eligible for a Government security clearance
Candidate must have one of the following:
10 years of industry-related experience and bachelor’s degree
7 years of industry-related experience and master’s degree
Willingness to learn and stay abreast of industry trends
Multiple years of experience working on an Agile contract or program within the Department of Defense or Federal Government
Held leadership roles within an agile at scale contract or program using DevSecOps methods
Ability to collaborate with teammates and take appropriate action (self-start, or directed) based on that collaboration
Currently hold SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have:
PMI – ACP
10 years actively participating in Agile teams
5 years actively participating in Agile at scale
US Secret Clearance or above highly desired
Experience with various DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, Maven, Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, GitHub, BitBucket, Docker, etc.).
Experience developing Infrastructure as Code.
Experience building software or solutions using PHP, Bash, Perl, Ruby, Python, or similar programming languages and technology stacks.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)-Certified Solutions Architect or Developer, Associate or preferably Professional level
