What You’ll get to Do:
Work on a multi-contractor team to design, develop, and maintain an enterprise-level system that enables space operators to analyze large amounts of data in a timely manner to facilitate decision making.

Establish and maintain Release cadence and coordination activities across Product Teams and Shared Services
Build and maintain Release, Sprint, and Deployment schedules, coordinating with appropriate contractor and customer stakeholders
Facilitate Integrated Release Planning, Release Scrums, Scrum of Scrums, and related ceremonies
Ensure deployments are promoted and test activities occur within development environments in accordance with the Release Schedule and established framework
Primary interface with our shared services teams and ensuring Shared Services Defined Definition of Done requirements are being met by Product Teams
Primary lead on implementing Agile practices in the context of the Portfolio
Assist in removing roadblocks/impediments for the various teams
Capture and maintain key metrics related to software development, quality, and related artifacts
Manage software application releases
You’ll Bring These Qualifications :
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
10 years of experience in systems engineering for information technology
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent field.
Experience working within SAFe and Agile frameworks specifically as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master or Product Owner
Active Agile SAFe certification
Ability to break down high-level tasking into smaller units of work and self-manage development progress in working toward set deadlines
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to articulate design concepts and technology benefits.
Understanding of repeatable automated processes for building an application, testing it, documenting it, and deploying it at scale
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :
SAFe 5.1 SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
AWS certification
Experience with Scrum teams and use of continuous integration tools and techniques
Experience with development tools such as Git / Bitbucket, Confluence / Jira
NRO experience

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $104,200-$229,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
