As the Functional Lead for Situational Awareness as a Service (SAaaS) you are responsible for leading a development and release team of over 50+ individuals in the creation of an enterprise-wide situational awareness solution on a ServiceNow platform, following a Scaled Agile Framework methodology. You will develop service management strategies, using multiple ServiceNow modules, that will be used across the enterprise supporting the delivery of IT Infrastructure Service. You will define staffing and skill requirements, support tools, and processes required to ensure the platform is meeting the Customer’s objectives. You will work with the customer and cross-functional teams to prioritize and ensure the right talent is engaged and utilized to achieve successful Service Delivery outcomes.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead and work alongside a large, dedicated team on a long-term program
Manage the design, development, integration, testing, operations, and/or sustainment of a worldwide ServiceNow platform.
Establish and build relationships between Stakeholders to include other contracts and the Government based on understanding the Customer and their business drivers.
Establish and articulate business requirements for new services or changes to existing services.
Manage multiple scrum teams ensuring established processes are consistently followed.
Identify areas of improvement to increase productivity and delivery velocity.
Identify and provide strategic program growth opportunities for the area under your purview.
Required Qualifications:
An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
Minimum 5 years of recent and relevant commercial service provider (SP) and/or Government SP experience in the design, development, integration, configuration, operations, and sustainment of IT of a large scale ServiceNow platform.
Experience managing large teams with an emphasis on delivering new capabilities, changes, or enhancements for tools such as ServiceNow.
Exposure to implementing ServiceNow applications (i.e., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Discovery)
Demonstrated experience producing programmatic deliverables.
Strong systems management experience
Experience with AGILE and ITIL® processes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including business writing skills
Ability to work with and brief multi-levels of U.S. Government and corporate leadership.
Demonstrated personnel management experience to include establishing career development paths, communication, teamwork, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
Ability to achieve ITIL V4 Foundations and SAFe certifications.
