CACI is seeking an experienced systems integrator to provide wide-ranging programmatic support to a Customer office that enables the information systems security across the Agency community. The successful candidate must be a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and effectively interact with Customer leadership.
Key duties of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide daily support to the Chief ISSM and the Deputy Chief ISSM as needed
Assist in the planning and oversight of projects and activities under the Chief ISSM and Deputy Chief ISSM
Facilitate meetings and provide high-level programmatic planning for the Chief ISSM and Deputy Chief ISSM
Use Confluence, Jira, and HIVE software
Serve as Confluence Administrator and Jira Administrator and serve as POC to set up accesses for new team members
Organize and facilitate meetings and work sessions
Coordinate and schedule meetings
Support development of briefing materials and documentation to include PowerPoint briefs, reports, metrics, spreadsheets, Visio diagrams, etc.
Prepare briefing packages to include drafting content and providing editorial review
Participate in and support meetings, reviews, and technical discussions
Manage action items to include tracking, coordination of responses, and dissemination of responses
Requirements
TS/SCI w/Poly
High level communications and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira
Focus on service quality, attention to detail and customer satisfaction
