CACI is seeking a driven independent consultant focusing on outreach and communication with customers, understanding their needs and business practices, finding creative and innovative solutions, and the ability to present and document those solutions. The candidate would be the team representative with the client, The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) with a specialty in customer service and relations. The candidate would have to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced and challenging environment whilst also being proactive in identifying and performing deep dive research into the potential needs of the customer with minimal supervision. The candidate must possess strong customer service skills to support end users troubleshoot issues as part of their responsibilities working tickets through helpdesk and JIRA.
Position would entail independent outreach to the customers on a regular basis via Skype or phone to keep a pulse on their work and to maintain an open communication. Upon understanding the customer business practices and status, the candidate would seek to find opportunities to innovate or better the user experience by documenting their issues, limitations, or potential pain points. They would report to team leads and managers and work through finding procedural or enhancement solutions for the team to provide proactive service.
Required Qualifications:
2+ Years Momentum Experience
Customer Outreach – Proactively identify end user constraints offering ideas and support to solve client issues.
Must demonstrate strong organizational skills
Must showcase strong ability to provide quality client support by answering questions, identifying possible solutions to issues, documenting resolutions, and communicating guidance to end users.
Must demonstrate a strong understanding of the organization, and business objectives. Understanding the business needs of our client, identifying creative solutions that include interface issues, data issues, maintenance, and system configuration.
Support System Changes – Follow established guidelines to support new processes to implement new functionality or issue resolutions.
Demonstrates innovative ideas and creative solutions to Business Groups or Project
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
Understand business requirements and translate them to executable work for a cross-functional team.
Possess the ability to work with limited oversight from Manager and Leads
Must be able to represent CACI in a professional manner, gaining respect from the client with leadership skills and bringing innovations and ideas to fruition.
Preferred Qualifications:
Showcase ability to achieve operational targets with impact on the departmental results
Experience leading meetings, training sessions, and building presentations
Experience presenting to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Experience with creation and/or maintaining systems documentation, training materials and user guides regarding functionality and business processes for new or existing systems.
