CACI is currently looking for an experienced Integrated Product Support Lead to join our team developing next generation signals intelligence (SIGINT) and electronic warfare systems for the Department of Defense. What You’ll Get to Do
As an Integrated Product Support Lead you will manage all costs associated with the management of a large-scale DOD Integrated Product Support effort. This includes the IPS Managers engagement in Government ILS Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings. It also covers development of the Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), development of the Sustainment Engineering Plan, and compliance with Department of Defense requirements for the unique identification of equipment and spare parts, including documenting the strategy and implementation of the Item Unique Identification (IUID) Marking Plan appendix. It also includes all costs to develop and implement a comprehensive Return Material Authorization (RMA) and Warranty Tracking process that identifies for all piece/parts (system and spares) any vendor warranties and their expiration, including all costs to implement a system to facilitate the return and repair of warranty/RMA repair items.
More About the Role
The Integrated Product Support Lead will, provide continuous product and logistics leadership throughout the system’s life cycle, reporting to senior leadership status of key program metrics for logistics and product support activities, providing senior program subject matter expertise in all areas of life cycle product support.
Product support management is the development and implementation of integrated logistics and product support strategies to ensure supportability is considered throughout the system life cycle through the optimization of the key performance outcomes of reliability, availability, maintainability, and reduction of total ownership costs.
Oversees Integrated Product Support, supply chain and logistics requirements as called for in the customer’s Statement of Work (SOW).
Development of Life Cycle Sustainment Plan LCSP for Provisioning, Maintenance Planning, Sparing, and Tech Data within multiple functional areas.
Develops the Sustainment Engineering Plan incorporating elements from the Maintenance, RMA, DMSMS, FRACAS, and other IPS CDRLs as well as inputs of same elements from the LCSP to provide a comprehensive approach to lifecycle sustainment.
Leads Product support team to monitor, track and status the RMA and Warranty processes.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
US Citizenship is required along with active TS/SCI security clearance
BA/BS in business management, supply chain management, or logistics /technical field; additional relevant work experience may be substituted for degree.
12+ years of experience in military logistics with 8+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience on large scale DOD Weapons Systems acquisitions programs.
Experience leading ILS and IPS team through full system delivery and life-cycle support.
Experience in Integrated Product Support
Experience in Supply Chain Management and logistics
Experience in Life Cycle Sustainment for Provisioning, Maintenance Planning, Sparing, and Tech Data
Experience with RMA, Warranty Tracking, DMSMS and FRACAS
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Master’s degree in Engineering or Technical field
15+ years of experience in supply chain management, or logistics
Proven track record developing, implementing, improving, and managing large scale DOD Weapons Systems acquisitions programs.
