What You’ll Get to Do:
As a hands-on Electrical Engineer, you will provide input to the design, development, testing, and delivery of RF system solutions. The candidate will help define the RF requirements and architecture for future systems.
Perform analysis of alternative designs and contribute to the overall RF architecture design. To accomplish this, the candidate must have a very strong understanding of antennas and RF sub-systems.
Mentor team members and supervise design and development to provide new technical solutions that can be deployed to fielded systems to support the warfighter.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor or Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering with focus in Electromagnetics and Antenna Structures.
Experience:
At least 10 years’ experience with BS EE degree
At least 5 years’ experience with MS EE degree
Required Skills:
In depth understanding of RF system design processes and trades.
Knowledge of RF propagation, antenna structures, and their electromagnetic behavior.
Experienced in using tools such as HFSS and MATLAB.
Experience in designing, building, and testing prototype RF systems and antennas.
Experience in the analysis, design, and testing of phased arrays and reflector systems.
Experience in antenna performance characterization using indoor test ranges.
Hands on experience with Vector Network Analyzers and Spectrum Analyzers.
Must be eager to learn and develop additional technical skills.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Development of link budgets, range estimates, and system sensitivity assessments.
Experience using tools such as GRASP, ADS, and Python.
Active TS/SCI clearance
