Come join our USARPAC Team in Honolulu, Hawaii! HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Signals (SIGINT) Target Digital Network Intelligence Analyst (TDNA) to support our DoD Customers!

What you will do
Conduct trend analysis in support of a fusion cell of multi-discipline intelligence analysts and interface with the government customer to distribute serialized reporting
Perform analysis at various levels to discover and develop adversary networks, determine activity of interest, and identify valuable information as it pertains to the scope and purpose of observed activities
Analyze SIGINT data with a focus on report production
Write, edit, and conduct quality control on serialized reporting intended for IC consumption
Research collateral reporting repositories and leverage data procedures using community tools, databases, and production systems to create and disseminate products; these products will be published in accordance with the NSA reporting standards, within classification guidelines, and used to update pertinent databases
Subject matter expert on SIGINT related issues, with an in-depth understanding of persona and network-based discovery, development, targeting tradecrafts, and reporting requirements
Other duties may be assigned, as necessary
What we are looking for
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
4 years of experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis
Previous experience working SIGINT support with a focus on PRC
Detailed knowledge of various SIGINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures
Detailed knowledge of a wide range of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Experience deployed and conducting I&W, Force Protection, or other analytical and reporting tasks
Experience with the following or similar: DataXplorer, Xkeyscore, TargetProfiler, Kickawesome, Rockstar, TKB/ICON, TCCC/UTT, Haven, Grapevine, Squawker
National Cryptologic School NETA, RPTG certifications, or JCAC graduate
Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly preferred
Physical Requirements
May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
