Our self-guided program gives you the freedom to create your own road map and unlock your passions, empowering you to set your sights beyond your job description – whatever direction and however far that extends. Your on-the-job experience will be balanced with regular training that builds a solid foundation, setting you up to become a future leader in your field who’s technical skills shine.
You’ll also experience a healthy dose of fun at social activities and industry events through our IMPACT Program, connecting you with our national network of young professionals who share your excitement for the future.
Our Summer Intern program runs for 12 weeks and can provide you with the opportunity to finish with a Graduate role upon the completion of your degree.

To be eligible for our intern program you must be in your penultimate year and hold either citizenship or permanent residency.

Infrastructure services:
Civil Engineering -Transport, Rail and Water (Bachelor of Civil Engineering)
Structural Engineering – Transport and Buildings (Bachelor of Civil Engineering structural major)
Digital Engineering
Environmental Engineering (Bachelor of Environmental Science)
Sustainability
Electrical Engineering – Rail and Water (Bachelor of Electrical Engineering)
Project Management – (Bachelor of Engineering and Protect Management or similar)
Mechanical Engineering – Rail and Water (Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering)
Rail systems and Rail Signaling (Bachelor of Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical or Systems / process engineering Engineering)
Project Management (Business Degree with Project Management Major
