Title:
System Verification, Validation & Transition Lead
KBR is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Verification, Validation & Transition Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
Conduct GEOINT EO & SAR and/or SIGINT independent validation and verification
Perform enterprise and system testing
Develop and deliver a Product Quality (PQ) test report following each test event to communicate compliance with the test plan, test execution, procedures, and operational requirements to support GEOINT ground system operational readiness sell-off recommendations to the Government decision authority
Document DRs, operational impacts, and operational mitigation activities in the PQ test report
Support D&O led system and enterprise test events on an as needed basis for initialization readiness, system confidence testing, Imagery Continuity of Operations, readiness, and Product Quality Initialization Verification (PQIV)
Coordinate with external segments and enterprise test leads to determine what level of participation is needed, if any, in the respective tests
Support D&O-led system and enterprise end-to-end testing of GEOINT capabilities to verify and validate system requirements
Develop and execute the PQ section of detailed test plans in support of Enterprise Verification, Validation, Readiness, and Transition
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in system verification and validation, enterprise and system testing, and product quality testing
Strong experience in SIGINT and/or GEOINT EO & SAR independent validation and verification
Experience in developing and delivering Product Quality (PQ) test reports
Strong experience in documenting DRs, operational impacts, and operational mitigation activities
Experience in supporting D&O led system and enterprise test events
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with external segments and enterprise test leads
Ability to develop and execute detailed test plans in support of Enterprise Verification, Validation, Readiness, and Transition activities
Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly security clearance required

Basic Compensation:
108,445.00 – 162,725.00 USD Annual
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
