Title:
Systems Engineer – Program Support
KBR is seeking a highly qualified Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a understanding of managing analysis project scheduling, analysis review board facilitation, and be able to provide metrics for project execution. A successful candidate will also possess a understanding of contract CDRLs, working with COTRs, generating WAR reports, working with sub-contract teams to consolidate reports.
Responsibilities
Interface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across system engineering groups
Generate and maintain documentation and monthly reports.
Working with sub-contract team to consolidate reports
Facilitate analysis/study review boards
Maintain a schedule for on-going and future studies
Generate metrics for project execution
Support the program manager in COTR meetings
Support delivery of contract CDRL
Support the program manager in onboarding new personal
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s STEM degree, or related field
3-5 years’ experience
Strong organization skills
Highly motivated self started
Ability to collaborate across stakeholder organizations
Strong communication skills to interface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across system engineering groups
Ability to generate and maintain technical documentation and reports
Preferred Qualifications:
5-10 years’ experience in Electro-Optical engineering
Experience in modeling and simulation
Knowledge of impacting mission threats
Experience in the NRO
Experience with CONOPs, architecture products, and/or requirements
Experience support wargames and exercises
Proficiency with AGI’s Systems Tool Kit (STK), MATLAB, Python, Tableau, and/or C++
Security Requirements: Active Top Secret clearance and eligible for SCI. Current TS/SCI preferred.
