Title:
Radiometric Analysis Lead
KBR is seeking a highly skilled Radiometric Analysis Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing weather support, including analyzing and monitoring cloud forecast quality and generating monthly and seasonal weather quality reports. In addition, the role will involve supporting Ground Truth planning and integration efforts, as well as the Radiometric assessment and monitoring program to enhance anomaly tracking, collection planning, and field test campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Provide weather analysis support, including analyzing and monitoring cloud forecast quality

Support the Radiometric assessment and monitoring program to enhance anomaly tracking, collection planning, and field test campaigns
Provide expertise in radiometric analysis and related technologies
Ensure that radiometric data collection and analysis are conducted accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to analyze and interpret radiometric data
Develop and implement radiometric data quality control procedures
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on radiometric analysis progress and results
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Physics, Atmospheric Science, Remote Sensing)
5+ years of experience in radiometric analysis and related technologies
Experience with weather analysis and cloud forecast quality monitoring
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience with data analysis software (e.g., MATLAB, Python)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly security clearance required

As a Lab Support Engineer, you will be responsible for prototyping and generating workflows to support operational transition and conducting independent assessments of technical capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Perform verification and validation assessments on lab capabilities to demonstrate mission utility and identify operational constraints
Prototype and generate workflows to support operational transition
Conduct independent assessments of technical capabilities
Create IV&V reports, OV/SV diagrams, user manuals, CONOPS, test plans, operating and maintenance documentation, and briefings
Test characterization, calibration, IV&V
Support transition of capabilities with full lifecycle support
Provide Multi-Int, GEOINT, SIGINT, and/or COMM subject matter expertise
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
5+ years’ experience
Proven experience in verification and validation assessments of lab capabilities
Strong technical writing skills and experience in creating technical documentation
In-depth understanding of Multi-Int, GEOINT, SIGINT, and/or COMM
Experience in testing characterization, calibration, IV&V
Ability to work independently and within a team to deliver high-quality results
Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly security clearance required

Basic Compensation:
108,445.00 – 162,725.00 USD Annual
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
