Title:
Lead Systems Engineer
Lead Systems Engineer (AOS-EDAP)
Provides requirements management support to the Enterprise Data and Platforms Ground program Office.
Lead, manage, coach, train and motivate a team conducting Systems Engineering activities in support of cloud-based software development activities.
Develop Systems Engineering products to include integration, verification, validation and test processes, requirements tracing, short term and long-term schedules and roadmaps.
Develop and apply Model Based Systems Engineering
Manage requirements for programs and projects and develop Developing enterprise, system, functional, performance, and interface requirements
Develop Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for new capabilities
Qualifications:
Active Top-Secret Clearance with CI Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or related discipline
10 years total experience (or a MS degree + 7 years)
5+ years of experience directly supporting a System Engineering organization
Demonstrated understanding of Systems Engineering and DoD/IC Acquisition and budgeting processes
Strong oral and written communications skills
