ManTech is seeking an experienced Strategic planning/Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Policy Analyst with a background in Business Intelligence, Process Improvement, Collection management and Intel planning.
Position Overview & Responsibilities:
Assist in providing expert advice on all associated tasks at the operational and tactical level regarding the development of plans, policy, capabilities, doctrine, TTPs and dissemination best practices and related fields (to include media exploitation, social media analysis, and the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination process.
Prepare information/issue/decision papers seeking executive leadership approval.
Inform/coordinate/obtain input on OSINT issues.
Participate in and provide meeting notes/after action reports for Operational Planning Teams (OPT), Working Groups (WG), and Cross Functional Teams (CFT).
Identify, develop, and implement process standardization and improvements, as needed
Participate in collaborative discussions to solve complex acquisition, systems engineering, policy and workforce gaps and issues.
Propose, develop, review, recommend, edit and adjudicate acquisition policies, processes, procedures, artifacts and guidances.
Education:
HS Diploma/GED and 20+ years
AS/AA and 18+ years
BS/BA and 12+ years
MS/MA/MBA and 9+ years
PhD/Doctorate and 7+ years
Skills Required:
5 years of experience in policy and strategy development required
Experience with developing A&A policy, guidance, or procedures
Demonstrated ability to function as part of a team in crafting and publishing enterprise or service-level policy and strategy.
Demonstrated ability to develop and present briefs to executive-level leadership.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Excellent leadership, facilitation, critical thinking, analytical, and data gathering skills
Desired Skills:
Experience working with Customs or ICE travel-related data
Prior experience in strategy consulting
Clearance:
Selected applicants must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) background investigation to start.
Current DoD TS/SCI security clearance or the ability to obtain.

The projected compensation range for this position is $118,300-$145,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
