Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Program Manager (DPM), that is intimately familiar with United States (U.S.) Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is a Combatant Command. The DPM will have significant relevant experience working with Special Operations Forces (SOF) Information Environment (SIE). The DPM will lead a team in to rapidly develop and deploy innovative solutions on a resilient global network. The TSOC DPM is accountable to the overall Program Manager and is responsible for the 1% satisfaction of SIE users supporting SOF mission execution within all Theater SOF Commands, and for the successful delivery of SIE capabilities and services to Theater SOF mission commanders and stakeholders within all required performance metrics. Supports monthly IPR reviews, providing direct input to the PM. Significant travel to areas of responsibility is expected. The TSOC DPM is responsible for providing management, direction, administration, and leadership of the execution of Enterprise requirements specifically focused on delivery to the TSOCs and Combatant Commands. The TSOC DPM responsibilities shall include assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall TSOC internal and external performance. The TSOC DPM shall be responsible for the efficiency of the TSOC, including managing technical issues and business processes, managing and responding to Government issues, concerns, and comments; and alerting the Government proactively to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitations issues. *This position is contingent upon contract award*#SITEC223
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years’ experience, Master’s degree and 8+ years’ experience, or Ph.D. and 5+ years’ experienceA Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) at time of proposal submissionPossess eight years of experience managing at least 2 or more IT professionals similar in size, scope, and complexity to TO requirements, including managing and leading geographically dispersed staff of varying skill levels.Possess a Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PgMP) or PMI Project Management Professional certification.Desired Qualifications: Possess a minimum of five years of experience with IT Service Delivery using an ITIL/ITSM framework similar in size, scope, and complexity to the requirements of this TO.

Salary Range
Salary Minimum: $77,5Salary Mid: $155,Salary Maximum: $193,8The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton’s total compensation package for employees.
