Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Jr Cyber Intelligence Analyst who conducts research and evaluates technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threat to networked weapons platforms and US and DoD information networks.
Responsibilities Include:
Analyzes network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research to determine advisory capability and intent.
Prepares assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information.
Correlates threat data from various sources. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.
Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
Produces high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials.
Responsible for research of Publicly Available Information (PAI) by performing Persistent Horizon Scanning (PHS) of potential threats, opportunities and likely future developments including those that are at the margins of current thinking and planning.
Horizon scanning may explore novel and unexpected issues, as well as persistent problems or trends.
Additional Responsibilities:
Performs data analysis and network vulnerability assessments of SCO designated systems and networks.
Researches network threats to determine vulnerabilities in order to better enable DoD user freedom of operation within the applicable mission or operational domain.
Analyzes, studies, researches, fuses, and correlates intelligence for strategic, operational, and tactical customers.
Produces all-source intelligence, situation estimates, order-of-battle studies, and other intelligence reports and studies.
Exploits global communications to support Computer Network Operations (CNO).
Employs techniques to collect, identify, and exploit appropriate communications to ensure accurate targeting.
Isolates essential elements of information. Produces technical products and intelligence reports as required.
Provides studies used to shape the global network environment enabling all aspects of U.S. network operations.
Prepares target assessments, adversary studies, situation reports, and other intelligence reports as required.
Provides tailored intelligence to enable Information Operations (IO) targeting and execution in support of SCO and mission partner objectives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 2+ years of related experience or Masters degree in relevant field.
U.S. Citiizenship.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with F2T2EA targeting.
Experience writing intelligence reports.
Knowledge of Boolean logic.
Active Top Secret clearance.

Target Salary Range
$66,000 – $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
