Responsibilities
The Cyber Security Access Lead will provide technical leadership for an access management team providing governance and administration of security access management in a complex environment to include mainframe, on premise mid-range and AWS Cloud environments. The Security Access lead will be responsible for establishing and leading initiatives for Security Access Management strategic requirements, tools, processes, and procedures. What you will do:Define and implement best practices for security access management business processes, tools, risk management & controlsManage and lead the access administration activities, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate resolution of identity and access mattersServe as control owner and perform management follow-up, exception & risk acceptance approvals, and walkthroughsEnsure Audit and other requested information is provided within a timely mannerDrive enterprise standardization and adoption efforts across the organizationOversee and provide management oversight & control reviews of end-to-end IAM processes and controlsOversee the creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and internal control documentation required for user provisioning, role changes, de-provisioning, auditing, etc.Provide subject matter expertise in provisioning/de-provisioning, and role mining activitiesPrepare security Access Management documentation, briefings, presentations at both a detailed and executive levelWork in client facing, multi stakeholder environment with government compliance mandated requirementsEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, with agreed upon quality. Ensure each project has appropriate project planning deliverables
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 10+ yrs of relevant experience as a security architect/engineer. Addtional years of expereince may be accepted in lieu of the degree.Experience in conducting audits or reviews of technical systems.Experience in identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.Experiences in applying cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, non-repudiation).Experience in reviewing & applying policy, plans, and strategy in compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards in support of organizational cyber activities.Experience in developing plans, policy, standard operating procedures, playbooks, reports, ROEs, and guidesMust be a US CitizenMust be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearanceDesired Qualifications:Ability to work with internal and external teams to define requirements, specify architectures, complete detailed designs, and oversee implementationAbility to work directly with executive level client leadersProven project manager with strong organizational skillsExcellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent written communication skillsStrong self-directed work habits, exhibiting initiative, drive, creativity, maturity, self-assurance and professionalismExcellent teamwork skillsBenefits: At Peraton, our benefits are designed to help keep you at your best beyond the work you do with us daily. Salary Range
Salary Minimum: $72,500Salary Mid: $145,000Salary Maximum: $181,300The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Peraton provides a variety of benefits to employees.
