Responsibilities
Provide executive-level organizational performance support to officeGather, track, and provide full-lifecycle support to customer requirementsTrack, assign, and respond to corporate actionsDrive accountability by documenting meetings, identifying actions, and ensuring timely resolutionIntegrate and visualize data from disparate data sources to create new insightsDevelop content for executive-level briefings and dashboardsDevelop and track key performance indicatorsTranslate organizational priorities into business processes, including:Portfolio management supportProcess design, improvement, and implementationGovernance design, documentation, and implementation
Qualifications
Required:TS/SCI with PolyRequires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhDExperience providing program planning and coordination supportAbility to identify, acquire, and combine relevant business data to inform executivesExperience designing, improving, and implementing business processesStrong written and verbal communications skillsAbility to communicate highly technical information to a range of audiences with various levels of technical expertiseExceptionally strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, ExcelExperience with customer business systemsAbility to quickly learn and use new IT systemsExceptional organizational skillsExceptional initiative and ability to operate with limited oversightBroad management consulting skillset, such as:Strategic planningOrganizational designProcess designGovernance designFacilitationDesired:Experience collecting, collating, and distilling highly technical information into meeting agendas, charts, reports, talking points, or other materials to communicate technical and programmatic progressExperience generating programmatic documentation and tracking programmatic progressExperience identifying and tracking technical, schedule, and budgetary risksExperience supporting large-scale organizational transitions and stand-upsExperience with Tableau

Target Salary Range
$112,000 – $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
