Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to work in a collaborative, iterative development environment. The selected candidate’s experience is required to include software development lifecycle experience using the Agile methodology. The candidate will have experience with the Agile Full lifecycle Systems Engineering Enterprise Engineering role and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience using CAMEO.
Location: Dulles/Sterling, VA
Relocation assistance available provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.
Security Clearance: An Active and In-Scope TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance
Required Skills:
• Systems engineering requirements derivation and analysis
• System level requirements verification, validation, and system test planning and execution
• Experience in Software based Systems Architecture
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks
• Experience with Agile Development
• Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience using Cameo
Desired Skills:
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+
• Experience with Virus Scanning application and execution
• Experience with RedHat Operating Systems
• Experience with DevSecOPS practices
• Experience with Containerized Applications, Orchestration, and Virtual Environments ; Tools JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in Computer Programming scripting
• Experience with Cloud environments and tools
Required Education and Experience:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
