Job Summary:
The Integrated Missile Defense Systems (IMDS) product area within RMD’s Strategic Missile Defense (SMD) Mission Area is looking for a Financial Analyst who can support Planning, Program Controls and who has an active Secret clearance, to join the Specter finance team. Specter contracts represents ~$260-$300M of annual sales and 400+ heads with a strong backlog and outlook.
The select candidate will lead and support multiple program controls activities, EACs, and Financial Planning & Analysis. We value diverse skills and experience. Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Own financial oversight of classified programs
Support proposal strategy / development / negotiations
Financial planning & analysis including annual operating plan (AOP), long range plan, funding profiles, & headcount planning including Operational Workforce Planning (OWP)
Quarterly Estimate at Completions (EACs) across multiple contract types
Interface with the Program Area Director, PAD CFO, Program Director/Managers, Customer PMO & PCO, DCMA, & other internal functional teams
Qualifications You Must Have:
An active and in-scope (Secret) U.S. security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
Typically requires 8 years of professional Finance/Accounting experience; OR an advanced degree and 5 years of professional Finance/Accounting experience
Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), including program controls or Operations/Supply Chain Finance
Experience in preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
Experience in APEX, PRISM, EDIT+, SAP and/or other related program execution tools
Qualifications We Value:
